Small Masters: Functional Art

Today my sweet art kids learned that art can be functional. We looked at a picture of a Frank Lloyd Wright house, images of beautifully painted plates, old cars, a cool chair, and more. We also talked about functional things becoming art, checking out some interesting images to go along with that.

In preparation for our gallery show, they painted some dishes of their own, and I just love how they turned out. I am so so blessed and thankful to get to spend time with these little creatives & artists.
