Sessions: A Lifetime Together

Awhile back an old friend reached out and asked if I would be able to capture her parents who were going to be celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary, and I was delighted to be asked.

We met last week and enjoyed a beautiful time of celebrating this couples love for one another.

The last time I photographed a couple who had been married a number of decades, I asked them what advice they would give to a couple who hadn’t been married as long - and I decided to ask that question again. A received a few gems, but one I really loved in particular was to always “keep the spark alive”. I think in the monotony of the day to day, this is valuable - to stay fun, active, and joy-filled together navigating this life as a team, something I saw this couple has done first-hand!
