Fighting the wrong thing

Often times I find myself frustrated with, or all out fighting the wrong thing. It’s encouraging to know my salvation is secure, but I need to remember the enemy is in the business of distraction. He can’t snatch my soul, but he can rob my time; try to disable me or distract me from heavenly pursuits. May we be quick to put on the armor, and commit these words to heart…

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
