Thank you!

As I sit here, looking back on all the faces I’ve had the joy of capturing in 2018, I’m reminded again of the joy I have in this career, and how thankful I am to be doing my dream “work”. Capturing delight, seeing moments full of anticipation ushered into fruition, standing in sacred spaces to immortalize a fleeting moment.

The Lord has made these years possible; He has provided the clients, the opportunities, and the passion. Looking ahead to 2019, I am excited for what He will bring. God has never failed to provide, and I have been able to give this dream job back to Him, knowing and trusting that He is a good and generous Giver.

As I close this little office for the rest of the season, my heart bursts with gratitude. I plan on a good winter’s rest, spending time with my husband who has faithfully supported me every second and step of the way, and the children who sit on mommy’s lap while I edit “just one more photo”.

God is good. Thank you - to every soul that stood in front of me and allowed me in. It’s humbling getting to be there for your special moments. To capture life shortly after birth, the joyous occasions and moments of families starting and growing, the visual stories that share the passing of life’s seasons. Thank you.
